LA Film School Program Design
Curriculum Leadership for Bachelor's Program
2020-2022
Description
This video was created to showcase my instructional design leadership on the Bachelor of Science in Audio Production program at The Los Angeles Film School. I led or co-developed the majority of asynchronous courses, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure structural cohesion, instructional clarity, and industry relevance.
Course outcomes were developed using Bloom’s Taxonomy, then built using Backward Design, with instruction grounded in Andragogy and Project-Based Learning. UDL principles shaped the multimodal delivery, supporting diverse learning needs and access. Using ADDIE as the overarching framework, we are now in the evaluation phase, refining content based on outcomes and learner feedback.
Although most of the content is proprietary, this feature video was created to showcase my ability to manage large-scale curriculum development and media production at the program level across a wide range of topics.
